DESCRIPTION:Attention Members of All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church! \nMark your calendars for our Annual Business Meeting\, a pivotal event in our church calendar. According to our bylaws (Section 5.3)\, this meeting will immediately follow the first Sunday service in June. \nWe’ll tackle crucial matters\, such as reviewing reports from Officers\, Trustees\, and the Minister\, discussing the proposed budget\, and conducting elections for Officers and Trustees. Nominations will be accepted in advance by the Nominating Committee\, with opportunities for additional nominations during the meeting. \nYour participation is essential; we need a quorum representing 30% of our membership to proceed. Can’t make it in person? No problem! You can still vote via absentee ballot. Just notify us by Sunday\, May 19th\, to receive one. \nAlong with voting in new Officers and Trustees we will also be approving the annual budget. Approval of the budget is necessary to the work we do both in the building and out in our community. Absentee ballots are due back by June 1\, 2024. \nSave the date: Sunday\, June 2\, 2024.
