But we have the ability to set ourselves free to meet every moment with an open heart\, regardless of the conditions we find ourselves in. \n  \nThe concept of “Being Time” (Uji) underlies this approach to our lives. We will explore Being Time and the practical techniques of kindness (Metta) practice to put this into action to free ourselves.
