Of all the Christian observances, Advent is one of the most beautiful. Advent is a season of anticipation, and on this first Sunday, “Hope” is the focus. Join us as we usher in the holidays in the spirit of hope and joy that infuses so many of our shared faith traditions.
Bio — Wendy Bartlett is a Quaker who was raised in, and rejoices in, Unitarian Universalist spaces. Wendy graduated from the Unitarian Universalist House of Studies with a Master of Divinity degree in 2021. She is involved with social justice issues including anti-racism and LGBTQ concerns. She lives with her grown-up son, a very old cat, and a grandcat in Fairlawn, Ohio.
