Join Us for Quarterly Planning: Building Our Teams, Building Our Future

This Saturday, Oct. 17, at 1:00 p.m., our Board and Team liaisons will gather for our Q3 Strategic Planning meeting. This one is a little different. Instead of starting with the calendar, we’re starting with what matters most: our people and our Teams.

Our main focus will be Team governance. What do Teams need from the Board? How can Teams stay connected with one another? When will new Teams launch, and how should we recruit and train members? Each Team liaison will also share a brief spotlight: one hope, one need, and one small, visible win we can celebrate this quarter.

One exciting outcome: each Team will be tasked to create a short description of its work and opportunities, a kind of invitation to new members. When Teams finish in the next few weeks, we will share widely. Working with the Nominating Committee, we hope these will help every one of you find a place where your gifts can shine.

We’ll also talk about how we care for one another as a community, review our holiday calendar, and close by naming clear next steps.

We ask each Team to send a member prepared to participate. All members are welcome to attend. Come listen, share your ideas, and help shape the season ahead. We’d love to see you there!
