Topic — We will be exploring the 21st verse of the Tao Te Ching by returning to the very first premise of “Living The Mystery” Becoming conscious of the elusive nature of the Tao, a principle that simply cannot be pinned down or experienced with the senses. To validate this awareness by recognizing ourselves as examples of this elusive paradox. By examining your own nature and recognizing that the same principle that creates everything is animating your every thought and action.
Bio — Brian serves as Chair of the Pulpit and Worship Committee at All Souls. He and his wife, Jacqueline, are celebrating 32 years of marriage and embracing life in their 60s. Their home is shared with two cats, two dogs, and a vibrant aquarium and pond boasting more than 35 fish. Proud parents of two grown children and grandparents to three grandchildren, Brian and Jacqueline find deep joy in family and music, performing together in the trio Tao Bridge.
For four decades, they have been the dedicated proprietors of Mid-Ohio Supply Co., embodying commitment and entrepreneurial spirit. Outside of work, Brian’s passions include music, gardening, yard work, and culinary adventures. He is also the curator of Sacred Stones Mystical Farm.
Since joining All Souls in 2005, Brian has found fulfillment in his Unitarian Universalist faith and cherishes the opportunity to serve the church community.
